How to Use the Affiliate Portal

Registering an Affiliate Account

Fields with an asterisk are compulsory fields.
You will need to have a PayNow account as commissions will be paid to you via PayNow.
Upon successful registration, you will receive an email stating that your affiliate account is “Accepted and Enabled”.

Note: By registering as a CPD Affiliate, you will also be automatically registered as a CPD Member. You will enjoy the benefits of a CPD Member and can access the account using the same account as your affiliate account.

Logging in to Your Affiliate Account

1)To get to this page from the CPD home page, mouse over “CPD Members” at the top banner and click “Login / Register”.

2)Login with your email address and password.

Changing Your Password

3)If you forgot your password or want to change your password,

a.Click “Lost your password?” at the login page.

b.Enter your email address in the field and click “Reset password”.

c.You will receive an email with a link to create a new password.

Your Affiliate Dashboard

This is how your dashboard will look like.

You will see your key statistics here. For more details, click on the other items under the “Menu”.

Commissions

This is the Commissions page.

You will see the date, status, product, rate and commission amount of each order placed by someone using your affiliate link.

You will be able to filter the entries based on:
- a specific timeframe by selecting the “From” and “To” dates

Click the “Filter” button after you are done with the settings to view the results.

Clicks

This is the Clicks page.

You will see the date, status and origin of each click on your referral URL.

You will be able to filter the entries based on:
- a specific timeframe by selecting the “From” and “To” dates

Click the “Filter” button after you are done with the settings to view the results.
Origin is where the click is from.

Payments

This is the Payments page.

You will see the status, amount, creation and completion dates of each commission payment made or to be made to you.

You will be able to filter the entries based on:
- a specific timeframe by selecting the “From” and “To” dates

Click the “Filter” button after you are done with the settings to view the results.

Withdraw

This is the Withdraw page.

This is where you request for withdrawals of your commissions earned.

Enter the amount you would like to withdraw. Do note that minimum withdrawal amount is $10.
Check that your PayNow Phone Number is correct.
Click “Request withdraw” and CPD will proceed with processing the payment to you.
You should see an entry with your requested amount and a “Pending Payment” status in the Payments page.
Turn on the “Notify on commission paid” option in the Settings page to be notified via email once the payment has been made to you. If not, you can refer back to the Payments page for the updated status.

Generate Link

This is the Generate Link page.

This is where you get your referral URL(s).

1)Click “copy” to copy your referral URL to the CPD Shop page.

2)Alternatively, you can generate your referral URL to any page within the CPD site.

a.Copy the CPD page you want to link to and paste in the “Page URL” field.

b.Click the “Generate” button and your referral URL will be generated in the “Referral URL” field.

c.Click “copy” to copy your referral URL to that page.

3)You can also share your referral URL directly to your Facebook or WhatsApp by clicking on the icons here.

4)Banners images are also available in this page for your usage. Right click and click Save image as to download.

Settings

This is the Settings page.

You can change your PayNow Phone Number and notification settings here.

Enter your new PayNow Phone Number if you want to change that.
The notifications are selected by default. Unclick them if you do not want to receive any of the notifications.
- Select the “Notify on new commissions” option if you want to be emailed each time there you have successfully earned a new commission.
- Select the “Notify on commission paid” option if you want to be emailed each time your requested commission withdrawal is paid to you.
