Begum Khalida graduated from Singapore University of Social Sciences, majoring in Communication studies with a minor in Political Science. Having received her Diploma in Child Psychology and Early Education, and specialising in Early Intervention, she began her career in the teaching field as a Montessori educator. Over the years, she cultivated a passion for planning curriculums and authoring study materials for preschool and primary school children. She has authored various preschool publications as well. Her love for the English language has paved the way for her to also create a literacy magazine series (HIVE) for lower primary students to nurture their language skills. She aims to foster the eagerness to learn among students and guide them to excel in their academics.
