She is a seasoned Early Childhood educator, with more than ten years of teaching and leading experiences. She possesses excellent classroom management skills and has a clear comprehension of various teaching methods, which are centred around a pedagogical approach in child development. She firmly believes in the premise: Great teachers do not simply teach. Nurita is decisive and an analytical leader, who has no difficulty when it comes to establishing relationships with even the most diverse of groups.
